Yes — your first session is a free trial. Come along to any session on the timetable, meet the coaches and train with the squad before committing to anything. Just contact Clint first so we know to expect you.
No. Sessions cater for all levels, from seasoned athletes to people yet to enter their first race. Coaches tailor each session to individual needs, so beginners and elites train side by side.
We run 10+ coached sessions a week: four swim squads in the GESAC 50m pool, a spin class, an early road ride, two track/run sessions, and long ride, run and brick sessions on weekends.
Mostly around Bayside Melbourne — GESAC in Bentleigh East for swimming and spin, Sandringham Athletics Track and the Hampton foreshore for running, and various Bayside routes for riding.
Yes — with Bayside Triathlon Club we run three junior-specific triathlon sessions per week, and juniors can attend a free trial session too.
